The idea of this forum is very welcome. We have long needed a way to discuss among ourselves. I admire that to leave a reply, the commenter's name is "required." When one knows that his identity will be seen, one is more thoughtful and deliberate, much less likely to "pop-off." So it is discouraging to see more and more commenters avoid identity by providing in the name box some fictitious reference.

Since the Management Trust is a for profit business an "incentive" should be set up that would share some percentage of operational savings that would go to the trust. As it stands there is no incentive for the trust to do anything other than pass on costs to the "homeowners. Not suggesting that we should retain our current "management trust" based on their lack of imagination and job proformance. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
