2/20/2021 5 Comments A Threat to transparencyAt the last FAC meeting, Peter Webb commented on homeowners questioning the transparency of the board and the FAC.
Peter stated that if this keeps up, then the FAC will no longer be public. This serves to strengthen the homeowner's belief that transparency is not part of the boards and the FAC mandates. We need assurance from the board and the FAC that homeowners expressing their opinions will not result in the closing of the public access to the FAC meetings? The next board meeting is February 26th. All comments can be submitted to [email protected]. The board is required to read your comments (limited to three minutes). Let your voice be heard. You are also welcome to share your comments on this Blog.

CharterThis blog is designed as a means to provide transparency and informative access to the policies and protocols of the Desert Princess Palm Springs Homeowners Association, the governance of the HOA Board of Directors and the management of the community’s assets by The Management Trust. The expressed intent is to establish a neighborhood hub for trusted connections and the exchange of helpful information, goods, and services; it is hoped that homeowners will use it to build a stronger and safer Desert Princess Palm Springs.
