I certainly hope as many owners as possible participate in the chat tomorrow. I am. however disappointed all questions/concerns must be submitted to the HOA by the close of business today.
As member of the Board when the "chats" were introduced, it was NEVER a requirement to submit concerns prior to the meeting. It was an honest, informal exchange of ideas. As it is, this Board's propensity to censor, editorially and truncate concerns and challenges is well known and does little to advance honest dialog and transparency. Just as an aside, these sessions were a direct result of a failed recall effort by the owners of the entire Board. The recall was directly related to similar owner sentiments we're witnessing today.

Owners want to be heard and more Importantly LISTENED to. Honest communication is a good first step to healing rifts and bad feelings bubbling up in DP. Minutes should be taken and circulated to all owners, minutes not self-serving or "whitewashed " by the HOA.
